Recently, before we can access MyPage at the beginning of each day, we have to have our image captured before we can enter. However, there are particular days that teachers are not teaching and just want to access Mypage. Like for checking schedules, opening up slots etc. And with this new feature, it was not made possible to use and access with our mobile phone. Not unless we log in with our laptop first thing in the morning. This change was a little convenient for us. I hope that you can take time and check on this matter. Thank you.

I totally agree with Teacher Posh, I usually open my page even if I don't have lessons and it's really not convenient for me to have my face being captured when in fact, I just want to check my schedule or check other stuff. I think it would be more convenient to have that "check my background" to be installed in AC app instead of My Page and have it shown when we are about to conduct our first lesson. I also use my phone a lot when checking my schedule at my page so it's not helping me too. I hope you can work on this as soon as possible. Thank you and more power.

You cannot tell to the student not to cancel it is their choice. I hope you should do the AV Check in ac app not in my page.There are times that the capture button is not working that I need to try a lot of times before it will proceed in our page especially if the student is qq or skype . How can we get their file if we cannot open our page.

I agree with the other teachers. but can i just suggest that the appearance checker would just be used like the start button? like you have to check the appearance checker 30 mins before your first class. its the most convenient way to do it. thank you 51talk.

I think it is much better if the appearance checker be placed to another tool, other than Mypage, as it has become very inconvenient nowadays.

I second the motion on the concern about Appearance checker. While I totally understand why 51Talk included this feature, there are times, that the Appearance checker would not allow you to enter the website even after successfully capturing and saving the image . It takes more than 3-5 mins after saving capture to finally be able to browse your web My page. Sometimes you are not sure why you still cannot go into Mypage after several "mag shots" were taken.

If I click "allow", I need to refresh several times. If I click "deny" then capture, then click "ok" to save, that's the only time it works and I then can go to my booking schedules. And yes the whole process would take 3-5 mins to do. That precious minutes can be used to prepare for class, especially if one has a lot of FTLs and needs QQ add requests.
