They are not responsive and a number of queries need to be done until you get your turn. Skype is far convenient.

Happened to me as well. I was marked absent even when there is a AC chat log SAVED. And when I asked for them for it to be corrected, they replied with " Hi Teacher, Please provide proof of your lesson." Wow!!! THERE WAS A CHAT LOG SAVED!!!

Kasi sabi ko lahat ng mga pinagsasabi nila sa akin scripted which is true coming from a non bpo company. minsan nga mali mali na binibigay nila sa akin na script eh. anyway, try nyo lang guys bumalik sa lumang version ng AC kung may installer pa kayo and check kung mawala lahat issue nyo sa AC.

I guess what 51Talk needs is to add more people who can join the support teams not this website/potal because this is not user friendly. Its not even helping teachers with their concerns.

You're not alone Teach! I experienced it too! My Student's internet is bad so she received my messages late, the support team even made a reply to my messages about my student who is not yet in class but now they are not even fixing the problem and not paying attention to my ticket #. We are all working hard here same as the people behind this portal/ training/ support teams, and more. So I hope they can also value the services we provide.
