Recently, before we can access MyPage at the beginning of each day, we have to have our image captured before we can enter. However, there are particular days that teachers are not teaching and just want to access Mypage. Like for checking schedules, opening up slots etc. And with this new feature, it was not made possible to use and access with our mobile phone. You will lose teachers!!!
If you dont keep things simple and fast. Teachers will start to leave. Maybe they won't mind losing teachers since they are still hiring a lot of teachers. This is so inconvenient, I am already thinking of transferring to another company. They keep hiring new ones, lose the old ones. What will happen to the quality of teaching then?,,,

I can't see what's written behind the box the online chat support, even if I click close, nothing happens. It just show's up the tab for our queries. The page is very slow to load. I can't enter mypage. 2 lessons are late already

ALL TOOLS=ONE WEBSITE and ALL SUPPORT Concerns
As everybody is experiencing the problem with the new Support system, it is becoming INEFFICIENT. Lots of angry Teachers. DISADVANTAGES: 1. Long queue. 2. No human touch. 3. No Support Experience (Same with Customer Service Level Experience) 4. It does slow down other teacher's computers because of bandwidth and additional use of the cpu RAM. Suggestion/Resolution: 1.
