Recently, before we can access MyPage at the beginning of each day, we have to have our image captured before we can enter. However, there are particular days that teachers are not teaching and just want to access Mypage. Like for checking schedules, opening up slots etc. And with this new feature, it was not made possible to use and access with our mobile phone. This Portal is INCONVENIENT. NOT TEACHER - FRIENDLY.

We need a support that responds immediately to our concerns especially these are urgent concerns. It takes so much of our time and effort to report when it can be done with just few words or codes. SKYPE is a BETTER reporting medium. They are not responsive and a number of queries need to be done until you get your turn. Skype is far convenient. oh my, I was 42 already and now back to 75. Complaints From Students and Its Effect

Just to be fair lang sana and para na rin sa mga hardworking teachers...Most especially for some who opens 25-36 classes everyday who has a bigger chance to get complaints/absences/errors. Actually my suggestion about complaints (to be fair) is to get it investigated first before taking effect. Yes, it's really "unfair" ika nga. Close/Open Video

Good day, helpdesk. I would like to request for the Close/Open Video menu to be back on latest AC version. It is also important especially when my student asks me to turn off my video for better internet connection. Thank you. hi.i think you should hire more chat support because no one is answering our queries it is more difficult for us to get support now and all the blame will be on the teachers! I agree. there is no response. it this portal really working? I thought live support means immediate response. there is no response here. this is worse than the skype chat support. You will lose teachers!!!

If you dont keep things simple and fast. Teachers will start to leave. Maybe they won't mind losing teachers since they are still hiring a lot of teachers. This is so inconvenient, I am already thinking of transferring to another company. They keep hiring new ones, lose the old ones. What will happen to the quality of teaching then?,,,

I can't see what's written behind the box the online chat support, even if I click close, nothing happens. It just show's up the tab for our queries. The page is very slow to load. THIS PORTAL IS NOT HELPFUL AND NOT RELIABLE

We need a support that can reply immediately to our concerns. It was difficult to contact Support team in Skype no one's answering the calls and now it's even worsts. We only have 25 minutes per class and if there are any problems during the class no one can respond to our concerns immediately to the point that in the end the teachers will be the one marked absent, receive complaints and get low evaluations but in fact it's the student's fault or problem. wow I totally agree!!!

THis is awful, I was tagged absent without any chance to dispute it. I was in the class and it was already late at night. You removed 300 from my fees. I can accept it if i was not there working so hard but I was there. Sana pala di na lang ako umattend.

UNFAIR, GREEDY and INSENSITIVE

Please be more friendly and give us the right to get our money back!!! I was tagged absent by my student yet we had a class and then when i asked for help no one is willing to help. This is unfair!!!!! I also had a friend who was asking for help you know what they told her? There's no solution to her problem. Inconvenient, slow response

That is why we call it SUPPORT - they should be available right away if we need help. If the company has no plans of going back to using SKYPE then I think you should try add chat support agents. THIS IS THE WORST

Basis of students' evaluation to teachers in a Free Talk class

We are all aware that evaluation in this kind of teaching-learning process is reversed as students are the ones evaluating their teachers instead of the other way. AC textbook not downloading alternative

Since AC has been having a lot of issues. I suggest we get the option of uploading the textbook ourselves from the beginning, instead of waiting until the textbook fails yo upload. This is to ensure a better quality of service to our students, thanks!

AC page

Good day, I would like to suggest the that teacher and student link in turning the page should be taken out because students especially ages 7-12 become lazy in the class. They cannot recognize page numbers very easily. Hi Teacher Paisley, Thank you for your suggestion. This is noted.
